Shri Radha Raman ji Temple is situated near Gopinath Bazar area of Vrindavan. Shri Radha Raman ji is considered one of the most beautiful deities among Vrindavan temples. The deity was worshipped by Shri Gopal Bhatt Goswami ji. These deities are not handmade; they were personally given by Lord Krishna to his devotee Shri Gopal Bhatt Goswami ji. This temple is approximately 500 years old and is one of the famous Gaudiya temples.
Shri Radha Raman Ji appeared in Samvat 1591, and the temple was built in Samvat 1645. Nearby is the samadhi of Shri Gopal Bhatt Ji, who established the temple and served Shri Radha Raman Ji.
At the age of thirty, Gopal Bhatt Gosvami came to Vrindavan. After Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's disappearance, he felt intense separation from the Lord. The Lord instructed him in a dream to travel to Nepal. There, Gopal Bhatt bathed in the famous Kali-Gandaki River. Upon dipping his water pot in the river, he found several Shaligrama Shilas entering it. One day, while serving Shri Shaligram Ji, he felt a strong desire to see the deity’s feet, hands, and face to properly adorn Him. Shri Shaligram Ji granted this darshan, and Gopal Bhatt Ji was overjoyed.
Shri Radha Raman Ji Temple is located in Vrindavan, District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is near Parikrama Marg and Shri Banke Bihari temple.
श्री राधा रामन जी मंदिर वृंदावन के गोपीनाथ बाज़ार के पास स्थित है। श्री राधा रामन जी को वृंदावन के मंदिरों में सबसे सुंदर मूर्तियों में से एक माना जाता है। इस मूर्ति की सेवा श्री गोपाल भट्ट गोस्वामी जी द्वारा की गई। ये मूर्तियाँ हस्तनिर्मित नहीं हैं; इन्हें स्वयं भगवान कृष्ण ने अपने भक्त श्री गोपाल भट्ट गोस्वामी जी को प्रदान किया। यह मंदिर लगभग 500 वर्ष पुराना है और गौड़ीय मंदिरों में प्रसिद्ध है।
श्री राधा रामन जी का प्रकट होना संवत 1591 में हुआ और मंदिर का निर्माण संवत 1645 में किया गया। पास में श्री गोपाल भट्ट जी का समाधि स्थल है, जिन्होंने इस मंदिर की स्थापना की और सेवा की।
तीस वर्ष की आयु में गोपाल भट्ट गोस्वामी वृंदावन आए। चैतन्य महाप्रभु के विगमन के बाद उन्हें भगवान से गहन विरह अनुभूति हुई। भगवान ने उन्हें स्वप्न में नेपाल यात्रा करने का निर्देश दिया। नेपाल में गोपाल भट्ट जी ने प्रसिद्ध काली-गंडकी नदी में स्नान किया। अपने जलपात्र को नदी में डुबोते समय उन्होंने कई शालिग्राम शिला अपने पात्र में आते देखे। एक दिन, श्री शालिग्राम जी की सेवा करते हुए उन्होंने इच्छा व्यक्त की कि यदि उनके चरण, हाथ और अन्य भाग दिखाई दें तो वे उन्हें आभूषण से सजाने में सक्षम हो सकें। श्री शालिग्राम जी ने यह दर्शन प्रदान किया और गोपाल भट्ट जी अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए।
श्री राधा रामन जी मंदिर वृंदावन, जिला मथुरा, उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत में स्थित है। यह परिक्रमा मार्ग और श्री बांके बिहारी मंदिर के पास है।
