SHRI RADHA RANI MAHAL

The Shri Radha Rani Mandir, also known as Ladliji Temple or Shriji Temple, is one of the most revered temples dedicated to Shrimati Radha Rani, the Goddess of Love. Situated atop the Bhanugarh Hills in Barsana, the temple holds immense spiritual and cultural importance, as Barsana is believed to be the birthplace of Radha Rani.

Devotees lovingly address Radha Rani as Ladliji and Shriji, and this temple, built in her honor, stands as the first temple dedicated to Radha Rani. Pilgrims climb the stone-paved steps to reach the sanctum, and from the hilltop, they are blessed not only with divine darshan but also with a panoramic view of Barsana and the surrounding Braj region.

The temple becomes especially vibrant during Radhashtami (the appearance day of Radha Rani) and Holi, when thousands of devotees from across India and the world gather to celebrate with devotion, colors, and music. These festivals here are world-famous and mark Barsana as one of the most spiritually charged places in Braj Bhoomi.

Visiting Shri Radha Rani Mandir is considered a unique blessing, as devotees believe that without the mercy of Radha Rani, one cannot truly attain the grace of Shri Krishna.
