Vanshivat

Vanshivat, also known as Vamshi Vata, is a revered location in Bhandirvan, situated just a few hundred meters from the Radha Krishna Vivah Sthali. This sacred site is associated with the legend of Krishna playing his flute to call Radha and the Gopis to perform the Maharaas (divine dance). It is believed that Krishna, along with Radha and the Gopis, performed the Raslila under the Vanshivat tree. Presently, a Radha Krishna temple has been constructed at Vanshivat, and the ancient tree still stands within the temple premises.

The area is also known for its beautiful forests and bhajan kutirs (small huts) of various saints, adding to the spiritual ambiance of the place. Vanshivat holds a significant place in the hearts of devotees, as it is considered a place where Krishna's divine pastimes continue to resonate.
